Family is important to me. Having a safe environment for those that I love is crucial. Having time to spend doing the things that I enjoy with my family is essential. Whenever I look at a home for someone else, I want to make sure that the home is safe, that it has all of the essential elements that make a house a home, that it does not contain surprises that can be costly, time consuming to repair, or that will impact the family that is living in it. When I inspect a home, I inspect it as though it was one that my family was moving into. I share the experience that I have building and remodeling homes, and over ten years of inspecting homes to provide information that I believe is critical in making a decision in purchasing a home. I believe that I can share the experience that comes with the inspection of over five thousand homes in Central Texas and provide information that can provide you with the peace of mind in knowing that you made the right decision. - Dale Cumberland

New Construction Inspections
Why inspect a new home? Builders are great at multi-tasking, but oversights and mistakes can be costly to the homeowner if not discovered early. The inspection of a home after completion and before occupancy can reveal hidden defects that the builder may have overlooked, and bring attention to those defects at a time when the builder is able to make those repairs without disrupting the home.
Phase inspections can be performed during the inspection process to provide peace of mind, and to catch building defects before they are concealed.
Phase I inspections include an evaluation of the foundation, metal reinforcement, plumbing and drainage lines, and other essential foundation elements. Phase II inspections include all structural and framing members, electrical, plumbing and mechanical rough outs, roofing and attic systems, and potential moisture problems. The Final Inspection (Phase III) provides a final report on the completed home.
